My very first wedding "party" was an engagement celebration that my wonderful and amazing roommates and friends threw me when I got home from our weekend away when we got engaged. It was a total surprise and made me so happy that they were so excited for me! I thought I was coming home to an empty house (and was pretty sad because I wasn't going to get to show off my ring and give ALL the details right away) but I was so wrong! When I walked inside and turned on the lights...there they were!
Here they are! Decorations and all.They bought me wedding magazines and even a super cool cookie cake that said "Future Mrs. Harder". Apparently the cake place cannot spell.
Our next wedding event was our engagement party. My parents threw it in their backyard and it was a casual bbq. Our families came and most of my bridesmaids but only one of Blake's groomsment was able to come :(

Me and my momMy second shower was thrown by my moms best friend. It was at Blake's parents house since it was a midway point between my family in Austin and my moms friends in Dallas.

With my mom's friends who came from Dallas and Lousisana.My final party was my bachelorette party! I have the most AMAZING friends who planned the most fun weekend! Two of my best friends and bridesmaids actually were living in New York City at the time (one still is) and so we decided, what better place to do that party?! Friday night we went to see The Little Mermaid on broadway. Then Saturday began with brunch and my lingerie shower at an amazing Austrailian place (with unlimited mimosas) and then continued to a spa were we all got our nails done. That night we went to a *special* dinner and then out in the city! It was seriously the best weekend I could have asked for. An amazing party, an amazing location, and the greatest girls in the world!

aaaaand now for a shoutout to my newest followerrrr: Laura aka Lars. This girl is pretty cool considering she provides me with *daily* entertainment through gchat and always makes sure I'm keeping up with this blogging thing! love you lars!
Now I must attend to a Monopoly game that is just begging for me to win...muhahahaha.
